Regionally, St. Tammany was the healthiest parish ranking 3rd, followed by Plaquemines (4th), St. Charles (6th), St. John the Baptist (35th), Orleans (48th) and St. Bernard (55th).Statewide, West Feliciana Parish was ranked 1st while East Carroll Parish finished 64th to bring up the rear.
